I like E-Ink screens. Because they don't emit any light, they don't hurt my eyes or make me tired. I like their grainy, analogue look. I made this website so it would look OK on a black and white e-ink screen.
I have a Dasung Paperlike monitor. I just put it in front of my computer screen with a rubber band to hold it. I make sure no light is seeping out from the computer screen behind it!
